Tropical Data is a global initiative that supports countries to conduct epidemiologically robust, high-quality, standardised prevalence surveys, typically for trachoma.

As a service, we support health ministries and their partners from the start to the end of the survey process, from planning and protocol development through to training, data cleaning, analysis and approvals.

We ensure countries conform to WHO methodologies and that health ministries have full ownership of their data, supporting them on their path to disease elimination.
